"Design is nothing if not decision making."
- Henry Petroski
This idea aligns with how I approach product design and research. Every part of an experience is shaped through choices: what to prioritize, what to simplify, what to highlight, and most importantly, how to support the person on the other side of the screen.
My background in psychology guides me to look beyond actions and into motivations, emotions, and meaning. I design not only for what people do, but for how they feel when they do it.
